The Toukola Parish Hall was designed by the architects' office O. Leka & K. Arajärvi and completed in 1955. The relief was donated by Oy Arabia Ab where the artist, Michael Schilkin, worked as a designer. The relief shows a family, the father and a son, the mother and daughters, enjoying their hobbies. In the middle is a factory and above it a dove as a symbol of the Holy Spirit and the parish. Many of Toukola's residents were employed at Arabia at the time.
