Made of coloured broken stone placed in a spiral, Mare (Sea) on the roof of a parking facility was designed by Pertti Kukkonen. The work is visible especially to tenants in the neighbouring blocks of flats. The Ruoholahti residential area contains several works by Pertti Kukkonen on the facades.
The parking facility on Messitytönkuja was designed by the architect V.P. Tuominen.
