The memorial to the Royal artillery regiment of Finland consists of a granite slab with a bronze plaque.
The plaque reads: "Kuninkaallisen Suomen tykistörykmentti 1794-1811 Kongl. Finska artillerie regementet" (The Royal artillery regiment of Finland 1794-1811).
The memorial is located in the former artillery regiment's main barracks. It was erected by the Pro Helsinki society and several associations of artillery men.
