Prices of guided tours: 60 euros on weekdays, 75 euros on Sundays and holidays. Available languages: Finnish, Swedish, English and Russian. Descriptive tours are available for the visually impaired.

Location and address
Helsinki City Art Museum, Tennis Palace, is located in the centre of Helsinki next to the bus station.
The nearest metro station is Kamppi. The Museum is about 500m from the Railway Station.
Accessibility
Art Museum Tennis Palace is an accessible building with two main entrances, one facing Kamppi shopping centre providing pedestrian access and the other on Eteläinen Rautatiekatu street with vehicle access. Take the lift to the museum entrance on the second floor. The museum galleries are located on two floors. Please call on an attendant for lift access to the upper floor. The disabled lavatory is located on the second floor by the museum entrance lobby.
Wheelchairs, pushchairs and a baby sling are available in the museum. There are chairs and benches in the galleries for resting and light-weight folding chairs are also available. The workshop facilities have been designed to accommodate visitors with physical or functional disabilities.
Magnifying glasses and torches are available at the ticket office. The ticket office also has an induction loop and hearing aid. For guided tours, radio devices that amplify the guide’s voice are also available. Please request for a radio when booking your tour. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome!

Services for families
The rest room for the disabled (2nd floor)has a baby changing table. Prams and backpack child carriers are available at the museum entrance. For accessing the lift to the upper floors, please ask museum attendants.

Museums shop is open Tue-Sun, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m, Mon closed.
Cafés, restaurants
There are several cafés and restaurants at the Tennis Palace.
Cloakroom
Guarded cloakroom service free of charge for patrons of the museum on the 2nd floor, with lockers operating with a 20 cent coin deposit. The cloakroom/locker
area closes at 8.30 p.m; lockers must be emptied before that time. Large bags,
backpacks, umbrellas and overcoats must be left in the cloakroom.

Photographing is not allowed.
